American Rescue Plan Act Funding Opportunity

Loudoun County has allocated nearly $2.5 million to 36 local nonprofits and faith-based organizations that are working to mitigate the negative impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic. The allocation is part of the county’s American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 funding. More details, including the groups receiving funding and the services they provide, are in this news release.
American Rescue Plan Act State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds Plan Performance Report
Loudoun County received funding under the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) of 2021 to help mitigate the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic. Under the terms of the funding, the county is required to provide a report detailing information on the projects the county is undertaking with program funding, and how the county plans to ensure program outcomes are achieved in an effective, efficient, and equitable manner.

Nonprofit Human Services Grants
