I received multiple bills for the same parcel, but different amounts. What are they for?
There may be a variety of reasons for this. First, Loudoun County has a number of Special Tax districts throughout the county in addition to the Regular Tax District. Your parcel, if within one of the special tax districts, may have an additional tax due. Some mortgage companies do not pay for special tax districts. It is your responsibility to ensure taxes are paid for all districts by the due date.

Secondly, if you have recently purchased a newly constructed home, you may receive a tax bill for the prorated assessment on the improvement and a separate land only bill. See Question 13 for details.
