The Loudoun County Planning Commission has adjusted the agenda for its Thursday, June 8, 2023, work session. The Zoning Ordinance Amendment item titled Prime Agricultural Soils & Cluster Subdivision is now deferred to a future Planning Commission work session, which will be published on the county’s website when the date is determined.
Two other items on the Planning Commission’s previous June 8 agenda—the Northstar Square application and the Planning Commission 2022 Annual Report—will remain on the agenda Thursday evening.
The change in agenda is, in part, to allow the Planning Commission to continue its work on the Zoning Ordinance Rewrite project. The commission met on June 5 and recessed that meeting until June 8, at which time the commission will continue its work finalizing a recommended draft Zoning Ordinance. More information about the Zoning Ordinance Rewrite agenda for June 8 was published on the county’s website earlier today.
More information about the Planning Commission is posted at loudoun.gov/pc.
