Loudoun County, VA (June 21, 2022) – The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a series of larcenies from vehicles in the Sterling area on Saturday and is reminding residents to remove items of value from their vehicles.
Detectives with the LCSO have released surveillance video of a suspect who appears to be targeting vehicles with items in plain view before forcing entry. You can view the video here.
On the evening of June 18, multiple vehicles were entered in the area of Potomac Run Plaza, Dulles Town Circle, Davenport Drive, Lake Center Plaza, Waterview Plaza, and Atlantic Boulevard. Items taken included purses, backpacks, and electronics. The victims later returned to their vehicles to find damaged windows and items taken from inside.
