Loudoun County, VA (September 3, 2020) – The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s assistance to help locate a Sterling teenager.
Emerson F. Menendez-Guerra, 17, left his home on E. Poplar Road on his own accord during the overnight hours of September 3. Emerson is described as being 5’3” tall, 115 pounds with straight medium-length brown hair and brown eyes.
