The Loudoun County Department of Parks, Recreation and Community Services has announced that tickets to the July 24, 2020 outdoor showing of "Forrest Gump" are sold out. This is the second in a series of three popup, drive-in movie events. The number of tickets is limited to allow appropriate distancing between vehicles and ticket sales have been brisk. Sales of "picnic plots" for up to five individuals attending together (on the surface in front of the screen) were added for the second and third events.
The movie title and ticket information for the final July 31 event will be posted Tuesday, July 14, at facebook.com/loudounprcs and loudoun.gov/driveinmovies. Movies are shown in the parking lot at Segra Field, 42095 Loudoun United Drive, Leesburg, Virginia 20175. Gates open at 8 p.m.
