LCPS Teacher Charged with Indecent Liberties by a Custodian

 Loudoun County- 
A Loudoun County Public School teacher has been charged after she was involved in an inappropriate relationship with a juvenile student at Park View High School.
 
Kimberly L. Winters, 32, of Sterling, was arrested today and charged with Indecent Liberties by a Custodian. The charge stems from an alleged sexual relationship between Winters and the juvenile victim that occurred between September 2017 and November 2017. 

Winters is being held at the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center on a secure bond.
