Loudoun County, VA – A Herndon, Va. teenager has been charged in connection with the burglary of a Sterling residence on Friday night where he assaulted a juvenile female.
The 15-year-old was identified and apprehended last night. The suspect was observed by the victim on September 8 entering her home in the 1300 block of E. Lee Road around 9 p.m. The suspect reportedly opened the kitchen window and leaned in halfway through the window. The suspect moved further through the window and inappropriately touched the female and threw items at her prior to leaving the area. The victim was not physically injured during the incident.
The teenager has been charged with felony burglary, misdemeanor sexual assault, and misdemeanor simple assault. The name of the juvenile cannot be released due to the fact he is a minor. He remains held at the Loudoun County Juvenile Detention Center.

LCSO Investigates Friday Night Burglary,
Assault on E. Lee Road in Sterling
Loudoun County, VA – Detectives with the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office have released a composite sketch of a burglary suspect who attempted to enter a Sterling residence on Friday night and assaulted a juvenile female.
The victim reported around 9 p.m. she observed a male entering through the kitchen window of her residence in the 1300 block of E. Lee Road on September 8. The suspect opened the kitchen window and leaned in halfway through the window. The suspect moved further through the window and assaulted the female prior to leaving the area.
The suspect was described as a Black male, with a heavier build, in his late teens to early twenties. He was wearing a white t-shirt with writing on the front on the night of the incident. The victim reported she previously had seen the suspect in the Sterling area a few days prior to the incident.
