LCSO Investigates Indecent Exposure Case in Lowes Island
Composite Sketch of Suspect
Loudoun County, VA- The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office is seeking information regarding the possible identity of a male suspect who exposed himself to two juveniles in the Lowes Island Area.
On August 13, two juvenile females were walking in the area of Lowes Island Elementary School around 2:50 p.m. when they observed the male subject standing completely unclothed near the wood line by Buoy Place and Saulty Drive. The suspect did not approach or speak to the juveniles.
The suspect was described as a White male in his 40’s, with light brown hair. He was wearing a light blue bandana that partially obscured his face.
Detectives with the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office developed a composite sketch of the suspect in an attempt to help identify him.
Anyone with any information regarding the possible identity of the suspect is asked to contact Detective D. Orr of the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office Special Victims Unit at 703-777-1021.
