The process is simple: drop off your extra winter apparel and we handle the rest. All donated items will be given to Mobile Hope Loudoun for distribution to local people in need. If you do not have winter apparel to donate, monetary donations can be made online here:
2017 LCFR Coat Drive and tax receipts are available.
Celebrating their 25th anniversary, One Warm Coat is a national non-profit organization that works to provide a free, warm coat to any person in need. One Warm Coat supports individuals, groups, companies and organizations across the country by providing the tools and resources needed to hold a successful coat drive. Coats are distributed in the communities where they were collected, to children and adults in need, without charge, discrimination or obligation. Since One Warm Coat’s inception in 1992, we have worked with our volunteers to host more than 27,000 coat drives and have given away more than 5 million coats. Further information is available by visiting onewarmcoat.org
Mobile Hope, a 501(c)(3) non-profit, support children and young adults (24 years of age and younger) who are precariously housed, homeless, or at risk, living in Loudoun County. We create pathways for this fragile, overlooked, and often unacknowledged population to have access to daily essentials and life-changing support.
Mobile Hope is committed to being successful in partnering with others to meet the growing demands of our precariously housed and at risk children living in our community. Learn more at
