The Loudoun County Parks, Recreation and Open Space Board, whose members are appointed by the Board of Supervisors and advise the Department of Parks, Recreation and Community Services (PRCS), will host a public meeting to discuss recreational trails in Loudoun County. The meeting will be held on Thursday, May 25, 2017, from 7:00 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. at The Senior Center of Leesburg, 102 North Street, NW, Leesburg, Virginia.
Meeting organizers invite members of the public who are interested in natural surface recreational trails to engage in a discussion regarding the current state of trails in Loudoun and explore opportunities for expanding and connecting recreational trails throughout the county.
The meeting agenda will include a presentation by the Potomac Heritage National Scenic Trail Association and a panel discussion with representatives from PRCS, NOVA Parks and The Town of Leesburg Parks and Recreation.
