Case Update
*Important update regarding data reported by the Virginia Department of Health (VDH): A technical error has resulted in information being unavailable for reporting. VDH is working to resolve the error and will update information as soon as possible. 

Loudoun County Update
  • Are you facing unemployment? For information about unemployment insurance benefits, contact the Virginia Employment Commission at or 866-832-2363.
    • Once you have filed your initial claim, you must continue to file your weekly continuing claims either online or by using the automated voice response system at 800-897-5630 to receive payment. 
    • If you are not eligible for regular/traditional unemployment insurance (individuals may include those who are self-employed, independent contractors, gig economy workers, clergy and those working for religious organizations), the CARES Act includes a provision for temporary benefits - called the Pandemic Unemployment Assistance (PUA) program. Learn more about this program.
  • Have you been counted in the 2020 Census? Every response makes a difference. Take 10 minutes to make sure you count at or by phone at 1-844-330-2020. Check out Loudoun response data at
