Zoning Ordinance Rewrite

Project Update: May 25, 2022

• To help you identify possible changes to zoning districts for a specific property, a new interactive zoning district map is now available to supplement the draft zoning districts text in Chapter 2 of the draft Zoning Ordinance. 
• This map shows the existing and draft new zoning districts at the parcel level. In the upper left corner of this map, you may enter your address or parcel identification number (PIN) to see the draft new zoning district for a specific property.   
• Keep in mind that zoning for incorporated towns is not included on this Loudoun County zoning map, as incorporated towns maintain their own separate zoning districts.   
• As a reminder, the public engagement period for the first draft of the new county Zoning Ordinance continues through July 18, 2022. An online interactive platform allows individuals to read through the draft Zoning Ordinance and provide comments on the content.
