PRCS CARES - Childcare Assistance & Resources for Enrichment Support
We are pleased to offer the PRCS CARES Program by providing discounted fees for eligible participants.
Applications will be accepted beginning Tuesday, August 8, 2023.
Discounted Fee Program
You may apply for discounted fees (per week or per month) based on the program and space availability in our Children's Programs including:
- Preschooland Childcare at Community and Recreation Centers
- After-School CASA at various LCPS elementary schools
- After-School CASA Academy at Community & Recreation Centers
Coming in 2024! Licensed Summer Camps Returning Families and New CARES Program Customers Registration Begins Tuesday, March 5, 2024 at 8:30 a.m.

Once your application is received, reviewed and approved, we will adjust your account with the approved discount and email a confirming receipt. Please allow a minimum of one to two business days for processing most applications.
