Planning & Zoning Customer Service Center

The Customer Service Center provides a central point of contact and entry for:

  • Inquiries regarding planning or zoning applications
  • Processes
  • Fees

The Customer Service Center also coordinates and facilitates pre-application conferences and processes requests for pre-application meeting waivers, checklist waivers, fee waivers, public hearing waivers, and period of validity extensions. 

Submitting Applications and Requests

Please submit Planning and Zoning applications and requests directly to the Customer Service Center.

If no fee (check payment) or paper plats are required, you may email Planning & Zoning your request.


Front counter services are located on the 2nd floor of the County Government Center.
