Mental Health / Substance Abuse Services
The Loudoun County Department of Mental Health, Substance Abuse and Developmental Services has two Mental Health Centers that provide diagnostic and treatment services for Loudoun County citizens and families who are experiencing chronic or acute emotional problems. Both centers offer such services as alcohol and drug abuse treatment, mental health treatment, psychosocial rehabilitation, and 24-hour crisis intervention.

Crisis Intervention Team Assessment Center
The Loudoun County Crisis Intervention Team (CIT) Assessment Center provides individuals experiencing a mental health emergency the opportunity to meet with a mental health professional for evaluation, crisis intervention and stabilization services, as well as links to various resources. LINC (Linking Individuals and Navigating Care)
LINC is a coordinated specialty service program designed to help adolescents and young adults, ages 16 to 30, who have experienced a first psychotic episode. Phone: 703 771-5239
Substance Abuse Services
The Loudoun County Division of Substance Abuse Services offers outpatient substance abuse treatment services to individuals and families experiencing problems due to chemical dependency. Phone: 703-771-5100

Friends of Loudoun Mental Health
