The Loudoun County Re-Entry Council meets from:
LRAC is made up of a coalition of government agencies, nonprofits, and interested community members.
The mission of LRAC is to promote public safety and reduce crime by preparing offenders for success through the provision of information, services, and supervision, in collaboration with state and local partners, as the offender’s transition from state prisons and local jail to the community.
