New Comprehensive Plan: Stakeholders Committee

The final New Comprehensive Plan: Stakeholders Committee meeting was held Monday, July 9, 2018. The recommendations of the committee were included in the May 2018 draft  of the Loudoun 2040 Comprehensive Plan (PDF) presented to the Board of Supervisors July 19, 2018. The Board forwarded the draft plan to the Planning Commission for review, which began in August 2018 and which included a November 7, 2018, public hearing.

A Stakeholders Committee, composed of various citizens and representatives of key stakeholder groups within the county, worked with Loudoun County staff and consultants to help guide the plan development process and provide critical feedback and direction on the new Comprehensive Plan. Members of the committee were appointed by the Board of Supervisors. View information about the Stakeholders Subcommittees.
