Use of the courthouse grounds is authorized by the Board of Supervisors and administered by the Office of the County Administrator.
Upon receipt, applications are reviewed by various county stakeholders to ensure the requested use of the courthouse property is in compliance with the rules. The Office of the County Administrator will contact applicants with any questions and to provide approval or denial of applications.
Use of courthouse buildings is authorized at the discretion of the Chief Judge of Loudoun County.
