About Supervisor Saines
Koran T. Saines was first elected to the Board of Supervisors to represent the Sterling District in November 2015, was reelected as Sterling District Supervisor in November 2019, and elected by his fellow Board members to serve as Vice Chair in January 2020. He also serves as one of Loudoun County’s representatives on the Route 28 Transportation Improvement District Commission.
Saines began his civic career by serving as Vice President and Secretary of the Chatham Green Unit Owners Association. He has also served as an election officer in previous years, including serving as Chief Election Officer in 2014.
