May 26, 2020, Public Hearing

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 Pandemic, the May 26, 2020, Planning Commission public hearing scheduled to begin at 6:00 p.m. will be conducted as an ’electronic meeting’ pursuant to the Continuity Ordinance adopted by the Board of Supervisors on April 15, 2020. Members of the public are strongly encouraged to view or participate in the public hearing  by electronic or other means.

Viewing: The meeting will be available for viewing via live stream at loudoun.gov/meetings (click on the “in progress” link next to the Planning Commission in the list of meetings). Planning Commission public hearings also are televised live on Comcast Government Channel 23, Open Band Channel 40 and Verizon FiOS Channel 40

Participating: Members of the public who wish to provide public input are encouraged to do so remotely online or by phone to avoid in-person attendance. The Loudoun County Government Center has implemented strict social distancing practices.The Board Room in the Government Center remains open for members of the public who wish to attend the work session in person, with appropriate physical distancing.

Inclement Weather Policy

Please note that on days when Loudoun County Public Schools are closed due to inclement weather, meetings of most of the Board of Supervisors' advisory boards, committees and commissions are canceled. Some exceptions apply. The Planning Commission is an exception to the policy. Read the Inclement Weather Policy

Planning Commission meeting cancellations are determined by the Chair of the Planning Commission.  Notice of meeting cancellations will be posted on the Loudoun County Government Master Calendar.
