About
CASA is a licensed, after-school program for elementary school students (K-5) to provide a safe and fun environment for children of working parents. The activities are designed to enhance recreation, behavior, social and physical skills.

Get Involved!
Parents are encouraged to take an active role by volunteering at sites and participating in special events. Please email us if you are interested in volunteering or job opportunities.

YAS is an after-school program for middle schoolers (grades 6-8) that provides a safe and inclusive recreation-based environment for children of working parents. The activities are designed to develop confidence by building leadership, decision making, fitness and collaborative skills.

About
CASA Academy, offered at designated community and recreation center facilities, provides an after-school option for students in grades K through 5. Each center will choose one specific theme for lessons during the entire school year (e.g., arts, music, STEM). CASA Academy follows the Loudoun County Public Schools schedule. Registration Dates & Details
2021-22 School Year CASA & CASA Academy
Preregistration
- Preregistration for returning CASA & CASA Academy families runs from 8:30 a.m. on April 6 until 5 p.m. on April 16. Students enrolled in the current school year (including those enrolled who did not attend because of pandemic conditions) are eligible for preregistration. Siblings are also eligible for preregistration.
- Preregistration for returning CASA & CASA Academy families participating in the Loudoun County Public Schools Free and Reduced Lunch Program also runs from 8:30 a.m. on April 6 until 5 p.m. on April 16.
Open Registration
- Open registration for new families participating in the Free and Reduced Lunch Program runs from 8:30 a.m. on April 19 until 5 p.m. on April 23. Proof of participation is required. Registration must be completed in person at PRCS Administration, 742 Miller Drive SE, Leesburg, VA. Call 703-737-8042 for assistance.
- Open registration for remaining CASA & CASA Academy spots runs from 8:30 a.m. on April 27 until 5 p.m. on June 30.
- Open registration for any remaining CASA & CASA Academy spots must be completed in person at PRCS Administration beginning July 1.

- Preregistration for returning families (families enrolled in YAS for the current school year) runs from 8:30 a.m. on April 6 until 5 p.m. April 16.
Open Registration
- Open registration for any remaining YAS spots begins at 8:30 a.m. on April 27.
