About

CASA is an after-school program for elementary school students (K-5) to provide a safe and fun environment for children of working parents. The activities are designed to enhance recreation, behavior, social and physical skills.

Hours

  • From school dismissal until 6:00 p.m.

2020-2021 School Year Registration

Note: Transactions must be completed only online as part of the County’s COVID-19 response.

  • Preregistration for returning families (families enrolled in CASA and families enrolled in the CASA Assistance Program for the 2019-2020 school year) runs from 8:30 a.m March 31 through 11:59 p.m. April 10.
  • Open registration for any remaining CASA spots begins April 21. 

2020-2021 CASA Assistance Program 

  • Registration for new families in the CASA Assistance Program runs April 13 through April 17. To register, call 703-737-8042 between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Proof of participation in the Loudoun County Public Schools Free and Reduced Lunch Program and a $50 registration fee (applied to first month’s payment) are required.
