  1. National Drug Take-Back Day

    April 26, 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM @ Various Locations

    The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office, Town of Leesburg Police Department, Town of Purcellville Police Department, and the Town of Middleburg Police Department have once again partnered with the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) in the “Take-Back” initiative that seeks to prevent increased pill abuse and theft. The sites include, the Eastern Loudoun Sheriff’s Station located at 46620 East Frederick Drive in Sterling, the Dulles South Public Safety Center located at 25216 Loudoun County Parkway in South Riding, the Lansdowne Public Safety Center located at 19845 Sandridge Way in Lansdowne, the Leesburg Police Department located at 65 Plaza Street in Leesburg, the Purcellville Police Department collection site will be located at Bush Tabernacle, 250 South Nursery Avenue in Purcellville and the Middleburg Police Department collection site will be at the Middleburg Community Center, located at 300 West Washington Street in Middleburg. The service is free and anonymous, no questions asked

  2. Dulles South Station Quarterly Meeting

    April 28, 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM @ Dulles South Station

    The quarterly public safety meeting is part of the agency’s effort to better utilize resources, while at the same time providing a higher level of service to county residents. Items to be discussed are recent crime and crime trends in your area, traffic safety concerns and other public safety related issues. The meetings will be led by a Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office Captain who represents your service area and Sheriff Mike Chapman or a member of his leadership team will also be in attendance. Also in attendance will be supervisors from the Criminal Investigations Division, the Operational Support Division, Community Resource Officers, and Crime Prevention Deputies.

  3. LCSO Administration Headquarters Dedication

    April 29, 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM @ Loudoun County Sheriff's Office Administration Headquarters

    Loudoun County residents are cordially invited to the dedication of the new Loudoun County Sheriff’s Administration Headquarters located at 803 Sycolin Road in Leesburg, VA, S.E. The dedication will be held April 29, 2014 from 10AM -12PM. Members of the community are invited to an open house and to take a guided tour of the facility immediately following the ceremony. The date of the ceremony is significant in the county’s history as it commemorates an act passed this same week in April of 1757 which called “for dividing the County of Fairfax” and created Loudoun County. The Office of the Sheriff and its administration staff have been housed at various locations in its history. The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office was housed at the old jail located on Church Street, where it stood on the same corner for nearly 200 years.
